• Form Fits are custom made to specifications provided by you for your table(s),
  ie. dimensions and legs-feet/support type are needed to ensure the best quality fit.
  Form Fits attach to the feet/base of your tables so it is important measurements and information provided are correct so feet/support pockets are placed in the correct position.

Requesting a quote? 

• Only table dimensions (width, length/diameter, table height) are needed for a quote.
  However, a completed Form Fit Measurement Form (using the button above) is welcomed as well.
• Please provide all measurements in inches for each type of table to be covered, along with quantity per type.
• Height from floor to top of the table?
• Diameter for a round table top, or length and width for rectangular table top?

Ready to Order? 

• Download and complete our pdf Form Fit Measurement Form (using the button above), then email to us as an attachment.
• Our Form Fit Measurement Form must be completed and submitted by email with your Order, if not already submitted before.
• Submitting photos of your table type(s) is also helpful for production staff.
• Specifics about type of legs-feet/supports, and distance apart, are needed to finalize an Order and begin custom production.
